- Heat oven to 350
- Mix the spices together
- Wash and slice figs in half, add spice mix and toss gently to combine.
- Layout pie crust on a parchment and/or sheet tray. Make sure it’s thoruoughly thawed. Brush crust with egg.
- Pour figs into the center of the crust and fold in the edges around the figs. Brush the underside of the edges with the egg. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 15 minutes, drizzle with tahini and caramel, sprinkle pistachios over the top and serve.
